Designing a website is only 10% of the mission. If you don't have a well conceived layout and design, then your visitors
will spend less than 2 seconds looking at your site trying to figure out how to get what they want. Can they find it by your navigators?
If they don't find the linking or interest within the first 3-5 seconds, then you're history.
If they find you on a search engine, and you are not what is
